Spring is finally here! April brings green grass and beautiful flowers – a much needed color change from the drab winter colors. Maybe that’s why April is National Garden Month and Arbor Day land in April. College basketball will crown a few new champions at the beginning of this month, which is a great way to start off the month. My family loves to play pranks on April 1st; it’s no wonder April is considered National Humor Month - and that is no April Fool’s joke.

I have been a State Farm agent since 2008. I am an IL Army National Guard veteran, and father of 3 children. I love supporting our Military Veterans, Springfield Public Schools, the Rock & Run for Mental Health, the Mini O’Beirne Crisis Nursery and many other local events. I buy local whenever possible.
